We arrived off the boat early and called to leave in our bags. We were told to wait on the cafe terrace and given coffee and cake while our room was prepared, which didn't take long. The gesture was much appreciated. The location, breakfast and staff are wonderful.

Quiet, not away from centre. Everything was working, hotl water, AC, etc. You have to shut down all doors and windows, including the bathroom door to get AC working. Keep in mind that it's a small business.

A new business opened on the island of Lesbos. I may have been their first guest. Everything was truly magnificent. The location is very good, close to everywhere, the rooms are very clean and all the furniture is very modern, I can even say it is better than the photos.     Great!: - Very very clean! - Sea view

    Great!: - Very very clean! - Sea view - Extremely friendly host - Nice garden - Very close to the sea - Good space for parking - Child friendly - Very close to restaurants - Always warm water - Mostly modern facilities Not so great: - The smoking policy needs to be improved. People are allowed to smoke on their balconies but as a result the smoke goes inside other people's bedrooms through the window. Not what you'd prefer inhaling at 7 or 8 in the morning while sleeping.
