Breakfast was spectacular. Location very convenient and super quiet. The room was excellent, clean, very comfortable. Perfect mattress and shower. I would certainly recommend this hotel, definitely one of the most decent places to stay in Rethymno. Thank you

Hotel is new and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is well equipped with small kitchen (pot or frying pan you can get in reception). Car you can park on the street near hotel.

Amazing experience My stay at Amira hotel was absolutly great. The hotel is brand new, meaning all the facilities are in a perfect shape. It is even better than the photos. Best of all is the staff, very kind, helpful, smiling,  dedicated to your needs and to make your stay the best possible. I had the good surprise to be upgraded (without asking maybe due to low season?) to a room with sea front view, which was absolutly great. The room is decorated with taste, cleanned every day, with good bedding. The swimming pool area is really nice, and the access to the beach is easy. There is also an inside heated pool, very nice. The beach is clean, has a beautiful view on the mountains on the west, the water is really clean and safe. You can see a beautiful sunset every day. The main restaurant included in the half board is good from my experience of such hotels: tasty, varied and fresh. I strongly recommand the "gourmet" restaurant, the Kritamo: excellent food and large portions with a top class service. The spa is beautiful, good massages, great staff. You can also enjoy sauna and hammam for free, just need to make a booking. It has been a long time I didn't enjoy such a good stay and such a high value for price, thank you very much to all the Amira Team.

Friendly and attentive host, beautiful and unique room (Suite Nr. 2) with luxurious private hamam (wonderfully relaxing!). Perfect location near many restaurants and shops but still quiet at night. Very short walk to the old venetian harbor. Though there is no immediate parking availabe we left our rental car at a reasonably priced parking garage nearby.

    Absolutely loved our family stay at Villa Orsalia!

    Absolutely loved our family stay at Villa Orsalia! The villa was immaculate, and the private pool and facilities were exceptional – truly family-friendly. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Its ideal location made exploring Heraklion's sites and nearby clean beaches effortless. Couldn't recommend more highly! Just a note for future guests, particularly if visiting outside peak summer: the lovely pool isn't heated, so it can be quite brisk.
