Wow, Theokleia Guest House in Domatia is an absolute gem tucked away in the mountains! The views from the property are breathtaking mountain views that make you feel like you're in a postcard. It's even more stunning in person than the photos suggest, with beautifully renovated rooms that feel modern yet cozy, blending traditional charm with all the comforts you need. What I loved most was how close it is to the gorgeous beaches of Nea Peramos just a quick 20-minute drive, so you get the best of both worlds: serene mountain vibes and easy access to sandy shores. The house itself is spotless, with thoughtful touches like free filter coffee and even cold water in the fridge as a welcome gift! The hosts were nice giving instructions, making the stay feel personal and special. The quiet village setting is perfect for unwinding, far from the tourist crowds, yet still conveniently close to Kavala's attractions. The rooms are spacious, with some offering terraces or balconies that make mornings with a coffee in hand pure bliss. Free Wi-Fi and parking were a bonus, and the whole place has this authentic, heartfelt vibe that's hard to beat. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and easy beach access, Theokleia is a must-stay! Can't wait to come back!

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was big enough to accomodate us all and had every supply we needed, from chitchen supplies to the barbecue area and the bedrooms. The house is located in a very quiet place, with really nice and welcoming neighbours. Highly recommand it.

Welcome to Paradise! From the moment you step onto the property, you feel like you’ve entered an oasis: a beautiful garden, complete peace and quiet, and a spacious, stylish house that leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac – perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and privacy. The garden is wonderfully designed, with many cozy seating areas and a large, refreshing pool surrounded by comfortable loungers. The house itself is a true gem: lovingly decorated with antiques and collectibles that reflect the owners’ exceptional taste. We especially loved the huge veranda on the first floor – the perfect spot for relaxing during the day and stargazing at night. Each of the five bedrooms has its own unique theme. Every single one is beautiful, luxurious, and tastefully furnished, offering comfort and charm. The village itself is quiet and picturesque, with everything you need for daily life: a small supermarket, a pizzeria, cafés, an excellent butcher, and a bakery with fresh treats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt completely at home. This house is a hidden treasure, and we will definitely be coming back!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the closiness to the beach. Within 2 minutes from the hotel you are in the beach. The staff and the manager of the hotel Mr. Iosif are very helpfull and friendly. The bereakfast was delicious and more than enough. I would like to go again.
