Very clean and acomoddating house, the host was welcoming and our stay exceeded our expectations. It's very close to the center and nearby you have everything you need like markets and restaurants.     After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

    The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need...

    The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need. At night there is a lot of people on the streets. There are more than enough fine places to eat and to buy stuff. The streets are at an incline and parking can be a challenge sometime especially when there are many visitors from other places. You can't always expect to park within 50m from you apartment, but it's not too bad. The city beach is wonderful, clean coast, clean water, plenty of space. Lagomandra beach is about 7min driving to the north (back to Nikiti) and is a very popular place for a good reason. Book a cruise with one of the local sailing ships, it's worth it.

    An excellent host who provided lots of information about the village and local area. The apartment was ideally situated and only minutes from the centre of Neos Marmaris. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

    Lovely beach (after the harbour), recommend a full tour with Stratos Train to have a full view. Various options for lunch and dinner, good food at a fair prices. Nearby is an olive plantation where we tasted a great olive oil, price was only 12 Euro / l.

    Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be...

    Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

    I was pleasantly surprised that the beaches we visited were not crowded at all, including those very close to Neos Marmaras itself. However, the most exciting and memorable part of our stay was a one-day boat rental. We drove to Vourvourou (ca. 30 km from Neos Marmaras) to start the boat trip. We booked the boat a day earlier by phone, but we realized later that there were several places that offered very similar vehicles (supposedly) for similar price.

    The property is new, modern and clean (every 1-2 days). The location is basically perfect. Next to the apartments there is a big supermarket and right next to it you get to the city center with all the stores, bars and restaurants. The host (Harris) is very cool, always responsive and is very helpful with everything. You can easily find parking outside the apartments. Overall great place for a pleasant holiday in Neos Marmaras.

    What a nice surprise! The location is close to everything, beach, shops and restaurants. But still in a quiet area. The surprise is coming from the apartment interior. Brand new modern furniture, very well equipped, nice lighting system and probably the most beautiful terrace with a view to the beach from Neos Marmaras. We’ve been there 7 persons but never had the feeling of overcrowded space.

    It's a very nice hotel, with a very nice and helpfull owner, Manos knows every beach on Sithonia and he will help you , with the routes and everything. I higly recomand these hotel and his owner. The best ! I forgot about the wifi , it's the best that i found in Greece untill now, it's from Ellon Musk, the Starlink, wich it's wow in Greece.

    The hotel is located in city center of Neos Marmaros, close to all bars and restaurants. Still took 5-10 min. To reach Great Beach ⛱️. So it's simultaneously good for seasons beach holidays, and to check views and the city. The personnel were very pleasant and can give all sorts of service and advices.

    I highly recommend PortoDream Neos Marmaras. Exemplary housekeeping, comfortable bed and prime location. Our room had a big balcony facing the port, the taverns and the supermarkets were nearby. The hosts were just great, very friendly and helpful. We loved everything!
