We loved spending 6 nights in Paros. We rented a car. It was stick shift. A tad scary for me. But it was doable. Paros has great beach clubs. My daughters booked horse riding one day and then walked to the nearby town. After we met at a great beach club, we had lots of great dinners and sunsets. Fabulous shops. We drove to Leifros one day. We like Paros best. Taxis were outside the hotel. Also there was a transport office two doors up that arranged rides to beach club for us and picked us up. Naousa is a truly gorgeous part of the world. It caters for absolutely everyone…..food, shopping, beaches, fun, relaxation and lots of great people to meet. Visit the magnificent beaches that can be found all over Paros. Antiparos is a must. Take a drive around the island to discover its hidden secrets. Best thing to do….a boat trip with Michael Zeppos Tours. It was one of the best things I’ve ever done on my world travels over many decades.Guest review bySoozi22Australia - 10.0
We enjoyed Naousa very much.
We enjoyed Naousa very much. It is very bougie with expensive shops, lots of very nice restaurants and glamourous tourists. The harbour is attractive with the opportunity for boat trips and ferry rides across to Monistiri. The beaches next to Naousa are not amazing but we enjoyed those close to Monistiri and also drove to Anti paros for the day. We’ve been to Mykonos and Santorini before, but Paros—especially Naoussa—completely won us over. It’s more affordable, less crowded, and still has an amazing vibe that rivals the more famous islands. From the vibrant nightlife to charming daily shopping in the quaint, beautiful streets, Naoussa is a perfect blend of energy and authenticity. Naousa is a nice little town centred around a working fishing harbour with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and upmarket shops. The near by beach is ok to spend a short amount of time and for a swim. Naousa has everything you may want in a Greek island. From a fabulous Piperi beach nearby to the furthest ones as Kolymbithres or Monastiri which I recommend to take a taxi boat if you didnt rent a car. The room was very cosy and the bed very comfortable, it was cleaned every day and it also had airconditioning. The bus station for the bus to Parikia and Kolymbithres beach is right in front of the hotel. The nearest beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel and the centre of Naousa is aprox. a 10 min walk.
