The hotel is very modern, and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

The best holiday at the best hotel! Located in the city center the left 5 minutes walk old town and right 5 minutes walk the beach. the rooms are clean and tidy - The best of all are the people who work there ! Thank you sooo much for birthday surprise, for helping my parents with everything they needed - all staff workers were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious so what more could you want! Will be happy to come and recommending to everyone!

Eleven is a lovely little hotel in Stavromenos, about 10-15 minutes drive from Rethymno. I loved the pool, spacious room, view from the room, tasty breakfast and the staff. Everything seemed to be new, rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. It is a bit far from everything so car is recommended but this worked great for us as we wanted to spend our vacation in a quiet spot anyway. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Very very very nice room design! Everything is thought through, a lot of light scenes, very comfy sofa, TV is rotating so you can watch it from every spot of the room, even from outside jacuzzi! Very nice restaurant, very delicious welcome lemonade :) Nice stuff and beautiful people around. Amazing beach just across the road, sport bar nearby, shops around the corner. And one of the best cities on Crete just in 10-15 minutes ride by car. We had a partial sea view and could hear the sea all night.
