Absolutely lovely place. Comfortably located 1 minute from the beach. The host is super nice! It was clean, well kept and tidy. The price was great. I can totally understand why people give it such high rates. Highly recommended!

I have been in many places around the world but never a place as good as this. The hotel manager Froso, greeted at arrival and showed me around. During the entire stay she took care of every wish with a smile on her face. She also sent me messages to hear if I was okey and enjoyed my stay during the week. The level of service is incredible. The room was extremely clean and the design very modern. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice with very good food and great service. WiFi extremely good even at the beach. Perfect location for those who want to relax and enjoy a vacation. I will return to this place many times. A true gem!

These apartments are newly built and are spacious and very comfortable. The room was beautifully cool with a very good kitchenette and pleasant outside balcony. It was easy to find in a very nice small village where we had great meal at the taverna near the church.

The hotel is centrally located, above the main street. The apartment is large, equipped with everything, kitchen with all amenities, large refrigerator, bathroom with ventilation and equipped with everything. Perfect cleanliness, impeccable bed linen and towels, a large terrace with sunbed and sea view. For those arriving by car, there is parking place in front of the hotel, which is a big plus. The hosts are extremely hospitable. An advantage is also the restaurant with various menus, great and very tasty food, and Spiros, the owner, did everything to make us feel good. I highly recommend!

The view from the room is awesome and the young siblings that own the Hotel are really friendly! Filippos showed us around the property and spent some time with us late in the evening when we finished our food, at the Hotels restaurant. Food is traditionally Greek and tasty! Very good price for what they are offering! Planning to go back again later this summer!

The Location was excellent a few minutes walk from the beach, beautiful sea view from rooms, close to many local friendly tavernas. Great local fresh Greek Food. Room was modern and comfortable, extremely clean and cleaned daily, absolutely Loved it !! Spiros was an excellent host. They also sell their own local Olive oil onsite. Look forward to returning.

we arrived during the beginning of April. In the village was almost nobody. it was one of the only place open in that period. She gave us a better room with a big balcony right in front of the see. during the night you can eat the waves and the wind from the see. the owner was really friendly, she helped us with everything and she offer us also a huge breakfast. The hotel was empty and she let us stay until midday. the place is magic, very recommended!

    Small Village near the sea full of rent rooms and few small hotels, tavernas , supermarket . Its few kilometers near Vrachos-Loutsa beautiful beach. Nice location about 35 kilometers from Preveza or Parga.

    Such a perfect holiday!

    Such a perfect holiday! We stayed at the large appartment with the terrace. Not only was it with the sea view, there was a lemon tree with lots of lemons on one side and a 600-year-old olive tree on the other. We felt extremely fortunate to be able to stay in a villa with such a beautiful garden. There was a banana plant, a Norfolk pine, kumquat and other trees and plants. There was also a swallow nest above the front door so we watched the chicks beeing fed. The owner was very friendly, helpful but never intrusive, a perfect gentleman. We had a great time swimming in the bay with some rocks, lots of different kinds of fish and even a turtle! That was definitely the highlight of my holiday. Ligia is a small quiet village with a shop, bakery and 3 restaurants in a short walking distance. Our favourite restaurant was close to the shop. We went on 3 great trips to see picturesque Parga, Lefkada – Porto Katsiki Beach, the lighthouse and the waterfalls – all worth seeing. The last trip was to see the ancient city of Cassope. The view from the top of the amphitheatre, which was made for 6000 people, is a must see! I even found a big tortoise munching on some roots there! We will treasure our wonderful memories forever!     I am highly recommending this property. It is located perfectly near a lot wonderful and all different beaches, so basically you can choose your preference. Place (Ligia) is quite and small, but again has bakery, grocery store and restaurant literally across the street. All in all - perfect for family vacation. As for Staikos - apartment is perfectly clean, hosts are very friendly and the owner was very helpful and shared immediately with us some important and interesting destinations nearby. We would be more than happy to come again! 😊

    We were pleasantly surprised how good the property is. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom very clean, the balcony has amazing view. The beach is 3 min walk, very clean water. Taverna is close by. The swimming pool is big and clean. There is parking available at the hotel. We liked everything about this property and for sure will go back there.

    Although we stayed at the hotel for only 3 days, we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom had recently been renovated with a modern look. The staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We definitely recommend staying at this small yet cozy hotel.
