The property was exactly how it was described and photographed. Everything was refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. There was everything that we needed with the amazing attention to detail. The upkeep of the property was admirable- especially the outdoor area. We absolutely loved the private pool. The location was perfect with it being close to restaurants but quiet too. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The room was beautifull, well-equipped and modern. The building is next to a busy road, but we could barely hear any noise when we were in the room. It is located on the outskirts of Kassiopi, but you can be in the city center in 10 minutes, so you can enjoy an evening there without the noise if you prefer to rest. There is a beach just across the road with a fish tavern (tough we did not try those during our stay).

The flat is located right in the central square of Kassiopi, ideal for those who like to live in contact with the village and the culture of the place. The flat had the essentials to be able to cook quick things and had everything you need. Regarding services everything was perfect, the flat was cleaned several times and were also changed towels and sheets really a high level of service. Finally I would like to mention the host a person of rare humanity, he even helped us to get the taxi back, since the driver had taken a wrong turn. I would really like to stay there again and I hope to do so soon, because the host was a man who made people love him like family and his humanity made Kassiopi become a second home for me and for this I really thank him from the bottom of my heart for everything.

Excellent location: close to grocery, shops, restaurants, the port and beaches. Very kind and helpful host (Aris) and owner: we could even have a late checkout as we had a very late flight. Kitchen is well-equipped. Rooms are quite spacious. 2 public swimming pools in 50 meters. One bottle of wine and mineral water was waiting for us:-) Aris had sent us an extensive list of things-to-do, restaurants and other useful info - all with google maps links.

We spent only four nights but we are sure that we will be back, hopefully next year again for longer stay. The Kipos Apartment is great for travellers who prefer self-catering holiday. It´s like home-away-from-home - it provides you with all you need and has a very cosy atmosphere. The distance to shops, restaurants and Kassiopi center is just a stone-throw away and still it´s very quiet and relaxing. Sotiris, the owner, is very helpful and kind - you will feel in very good hands there.

Villa Sania is an exceptional property in a fantastic location. It is immaculate and everything that we needed was provided. The beds were really comfortable and there was loads of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The hosts, Mimoza and Jimmy were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful - all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out. We couldn't have a more perfect week. Thank you!

WOW!!! What a villa. All the other reviews echo our own experiences. Fabulous views from the terrace / garden over the infinity pool towards the hills of Albania. The villa is very specious and there were 6 of us and you would hardly know who was where. The pool table was great fun and we were very grateful for the gazebo as shelter from the sun. The poolside "sofa" was fab and there were 7 sun loungers. Easily one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent - an easy 15 min walk into town, supermarket 4 or 5 mins away and if you can't be bothered walking back the taxi is only 5 euros. Karolina our villa manager was so helpful too. The boiler needed a thermostat replaced - all done within 4hrs of us raising the issue - impressive!

    Very friendly village with lots of restaurants and tavernas all with great food and great service. A few nice shops to buy clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, food etc. Access to a few beaches around the bay. Great atmosphere at night without being over the top. Also places to book excursions and cars/bikes if required. Have been coming for nearly 10 years now and always look forward to returning.

    Kassiopi is the perfect destination and has something for everyone. The village has plenty of food options, shops, various swim spots and some amazing history. There are lots of boat trips leaving the harbour and you can easily hire a car and travel around Corfu from there. The people are so friendly and accommodating.

    We came for the first time in June 2025 and on our return...

    We came for the first time in June 2025 and on our return booked up immediately to come back in August. It's lovely. Food, staff, people all lovely. It's got nice little shops, lots of places to eat and drink, the views are stunning when on the harbour. Many people we spoke to return, year, after year and I can see why. We will be booked our 3rd trip for 2026 in the next few weeks.

    Big enough to have a couple of supermarkets and some shopping. Good range of restaurants and bars including overlooking the harbour. 2 very nice beaches a short walk. Great boat excursions and boat hire. Not very wild night life. Very safe.

    The beaches - Pipitou, Bataria and Kuoni beaches. Sun loungers were reasonable - 2 loungers and an umbrella for €15. Beautiful swimming areas - lots of fish etc. Lots of nice reastaurants - many have to be booked as they get quite full. Found everything easy to access, didn't even need to hire car/scooter if you just wanted to stay in Kassiopi as you could walk everywhere. Hired a boat for the day which I would recommend.

    Lovely clean and spacious apartment in wonder Kassiopi.Comfy beds and pillows. Good air conditioning. Fabulous location, 5 minute walk to the harbour. Lots of wonderful restaurants on your doorstep,our favourite was Patrino’s at the harbour, food and service was wonderful. Use of the pool across the road and a spacious balcony. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. I arranged transfer there with them ( cheaper than I found online) Green bus was a comfortable ride back to Corfu town.

    The location was spectacular. The view of the harbour was beautiful from our rooms and balconies. We loved the little courtyard with grapevines and lovely flowers and plants - it was so pretty. A bonus was that the town, harbour & beaches were all on our doorstep which was lively but never rowdy and quiet after midnight. The host, Alex, & family were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend staying at these authentic, pretty Greek apartments.

    Loved the location of Solaris. It was just off the main street and a few minutes walk to the harbour. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. We never had any problems getting a sunbed. The apartments were value for money and i would certainly stay again.

    We had a lovely time at Antonis Apartments. We were greeted by a lovely old lady Ellie and she showed us to our apartment. We loved the balcony and how close it was to the centre of Kassiopi town and the beach.
