Went in mid September and it was perfect. It was not crowded and everyone was super nice. Prices aren`t as cheap as other islands (such as Crete) but it`s cheaper than North Europe. The house is located 2 minutes from all the important points.,( kritikos supermarket, bus stop that goes to mastichari port and kos town and to a lovely sandy beach) The host was very welcoming and communicated to make sure we were okay. We had a bottle of wine, juice and water as a gift on arrival. The apartment itself is very quiet for a good rest, and yet only two minutes away from all the bustle of the town.
