Everything about this hotel was immaculate, and beautiful. It was pristine clean, the staff were out of world and the rooms / view were breathtaking. The food was 11/10 and felt like absolute luxury. The spa was amazing too we had the best indian head massage ever had with lovely maria! The waiters and waitresses were so tentative and kind- A special shout out to Armando, Ami, and Liza. The food was some of the best food we have ever tasted and we will 100% be coming back! It was spotless and like a brand new hotel! also a lovely walk along the beach from old town, the sunset views from this hotel were another level. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was beyond amazing From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and attention we received were truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. His location was perfect , 10min from the old town and 15 min from the airport and there is a beach 5min walk from the hotel. We sure that we will be back in our next vacation.

We had the pleasure of spending 10 days at Oceanis Beach Hotel and we are very satisfied with our entire stay. The hotel fully met our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and neatly maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the warm days of our stay. The menu in the hotel restaurants was very diverse – breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide selection of dishes, including both local and international cuisine. The restaurant staff also deserves praise: always polite and smiling. The hotel's location near the beach, with beautiful views, good transport connections, shops, and restaurants nearby – made it a perfect base for exploring, while still being peaceful and comfortable. Additionally, a huge plus was the option of purchasing a late check-out until 6:00 PM. Thanks to this, we were able to truly enjoy the last day, relax, pack calmly, and leave without stress – a very nice convenience that definitely contributed positively to our overall experience. To sum up: Oceanis Beach Hotel is a place we’d be happy to return to. Great value for money, very friendly service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good cuisine, and seaside relaxation.

Extremly nice staff, wonderful park with special restaurants. My personal favor restaurant was a Mexican style with fantastic flavors in a romantic atmosphere. Every night there was a special show in the bar such as Greek night, latin dance show and so on. We loved them all! Excelent hotel for perfect relaxation!

    Nice hotel overall, perfect stay for a relaxing holiday! Good location, right next to the beach! Similar hotels in the area are separated from their own private beach by a road, so having the beach right next to the hotel is a greate advantage of this hotel! All-inclusive service was exactly as described: great variety of foods, alcohol free and also alcoholic bevarages are served from 10:00 in the bars (including heavenly frappes!), but on some days champagne was available for breakfast. Snack bar also had a great variety of foods. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind! Hotel is nicely designed, lot of areas to relax without being overly crowded by guests.

    Lovely friendly place!

    Lovely friendly place! Loads of shops for tourist tat, places to eat (the Rock Island bar has a singer or band most nights) - Michael is the door host - the staff are pleasant and friendly. FBI for food - really, surprisingly lovely! Peris for food - service can be a little slow - but food nice. Spar - quite expensive for certain things, we used A&B supermarket as well. Pebbly beach - we only went to look and take sunset photos. A slow walk into Ialysos takes about an hour, go for food there and wander the shops, it's very quirky in places! Pavements can be a little "up & down" and rough in places. You can buy cat food for the cats, they're appreciative-don't touch them though! Municipal bins for rubbish - emptied daily. Bus to Rhodes is cheap and they run well - even on Sundays! Most shops close Sundays. People are very friendly and there isn't the expectation that you'll come in to their restaurant or bar (not like in Rhodes where we felt quite hassled at times) just by checking their menu outside. There is crazy golf about 40 minutes walk away - get the bus though as it means you won't have melted by the time you get there! There is a small bar there too which is very nice to sit in and have a small refreshment. There ARE crossings on the main road (no traffic lights or pelican crossings) but just step out slowly and most drivers will stop/slow to let you cross...it can be a bit like the old arcade game "Frogger" at busy times though!

    Staff in main hotel and restaurant were superb. All requests accommodated Airport transfer brilliant- no waiting Room cleanliness - spot on and staff helpful and welcoming Food - excellent in main restaurant with so much choice. The Greek Al a Carte was amazing and so filling! Entertainment - varied but the violinist was excellent and played modern songs. Very “ Bridgerton” in style , loved it . Only shame we missed the Tenors

    Very peaceful zero crowd lovely atmosphere and reasonable price for delicious food. Close to old town and airport…perfect place for relaxing with limited budgets! must try food truck dish at sea bao! Specifically black burger and schirm burger! I have never eaten so tasty burger in my life!

    It had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all lovely, helpful and thoughtful. The room was clean and the garden was a wonderful oasis. Every morning we looked forward to the breakfast! It was really well positioned in Rhodes to be close to the beach within easy walking distance.

    We arrived early in the holiday season and not all bars and restaurants were open. As a result it was quieter and therefore visit later if you want more hustle and bustle. The hospitality was so welcoming and the message from all the local is - 'relax, relax and enjoy' Easy to do in Ixia and elsewhere in Rhodes.

    What a wonderful stay this was for our first time in Rhodes. Apartment is modern and clean, with breakfast items delivered frequently including coffee pods, quiet location but close to everything you could need, supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach and transport links. The pool and comfy loungers made the experience even more relaxing. Smart TV's which we used to login to Netflix after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

    The staff were very accommodating with our problems we experienced. They were kind enough to allow us a refund as we decided to move hotels. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. If you want a good base and just somewhere to sleep then it's fine, but don't book here if you want a relaxing holiday as the facilities don't give you this experience. Hotel is based in a perfect location, good for catching the bus to Rhodes Centre.

    Beautiful family-run apartment hotel that is a hidden gem in Rhodes. Perfect location just 5 mins walk from the beach and large supermarket. Easy access to both Rhodes town and the airport by direct bus. The apartments are immaculate with a lovely pool and garden area.     Nikos, the owner, and his team do a great job! Everything in the hotel is really well-thought and creates a unique tranquility for guests. Like whatever you have in mind, they already did it. It was our first time on Rhodes island and I think staying in this hotel made it so special. I hope next year we’ll stay in one of the junior suites.
