Foinkounta View was so lovely we decided to stay an additional night. It is up the hill from the town, but easy to find using the Google map provided after booking. We did arrive when it was still light out so that helped too. The town is around 10 minutes away and has a nice beach and lots of choices for going out. The hosts were very gracious and provided a very nice, included breakfast which included Bougatsa and Saganaki as well as delicious yogurt and other items. Our room had pool, garden and sea views, was roomy and modern.

    Very nice area, hard to see what is around because of the vegetation but there are some nice sandy beaches along the shore. Not overly crowded or touristy, we went in August so seemed to be more Greeks on their annual August vacations. Again is nowhere near as crowded as the more touristy areas which was great. Plus was a nice sandy beach unlike most Greek beaches which are either rocky or course and hard on the feet and you have to wear water shoes.

    Small amazing and picturesque town (or maybe a village). It was the first time I visited and I will definitely come back! It has some of the cleanest and beautiful beaches I have seen - especially if you are travelling with your kids like I did). Lambes or Lampes beach specifically, is covered in sand inside and outside and the water is super clean and shallow. Foinikounta is basically a type of a "high street" with all shops and restaurants that extend on the parallel road right below that lands on the beach in which you can taste amazing foods, have your drink or coffee and have some relaxing time in front of the sea. I loved it and I had some amazing time there. Definitely recommend!

    It felt very Greek, it was compact but there were more than enough bars and restaurants to choose from. Ideal for couples and families, and not a loud and brash resort but with plenty of places to have a relaxing cocktail with lovely views before dinner. We had been put off one place because the board seemed to be a snack bar - "club sandwiches and burgers" advertised but discovered that it was the best place for cocktails and that they grew their tomatoes etc. - the salads looked great We also liked the bar furthest away from the harbour where we got a sunbed and a free drink for 5 Euros. Finikounta is easy to explore on foot but talking to "regulars" there is a lot to see in the surrounding areas so would hire a car next time.

    The staff went above and beyond. Sometimes, even better than 5-star hotels I've stayed in. The two bedroom suite was very spacious. Two large bedrooms with plenty of storage. The sofa beds in the lounge were ultra comfy if you need to sleep there. Room service was fast, polite and tasty. Good WiFi. Breakfast was good. Loved the pool as most days there were only a handful of guests using it. Very comfortable sunbeds and shaded canopies. Plenty of parking and some shaded spots.

    Basic contental breakfast. It was nice and the staff managed to accommodate some extra requests. Th rooms were basic, spacious and clean. Staff accommodated all requests for extras. The staff were very nice. The hotel is dated but the pool area and views make up for it. The beach is just a few steps away and you can walk I to town within 15 minutes or a 5 minute drive. The lunch at the pool bar is fantastic.

    This was our 4th stay at Tsokas. This is a family run hotel, not too big, so it keeps that personal touch. The beds are huge andcreally comfortable. The location is perfect - on the other side of the main road from main Finikounda, but still only a few mins walk away from the town. We love it here and will keep coming back here.

    The hotel is very close to the beach and the main street with tavernas. The room is big enough, and equipped with everything you can need. The whole place looked very modern and beautiful. The host was very nice and ready to help and said goodbye with a present of local products.

    the hotel manager and owners were very nice. I loved the breakfast which the hotel owner made, just needed some fruit and definitely vegetables. the pool had a beautiful view.
