Lovely hotel and well maintained pools and gardens. We took the all inclusive package and we were more than satisfied with the food quality and choices. Loved the bbq on one of the nights 😉. Highly recommend this family friendly resort.

Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Mr. George Operation's Manager as well as Alexandra, Roula and all the staff was really helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

Ostrakon suites are amazing , the location , the quality of the accomodation and the wonderful Maria on reception .Maria was simply amazing , the moment we arrived Maria was so welcoming and friendly and greeted us every day with her beautiful personality . She constantly went above and beyond in recommending great restaurants , beaches and places to visit on the beautiful Island of Crete . Maria we will definitely see you again ♥️

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D
