The apartment was clean and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and many pillows to choose from! The host left goodies and toiletries for us to use. Location could have not been better: straight across the road is the beach making it easy to pop in to the apartment quickly. Then only about 15 min walk to the old town. Good restaurants and food shops just downstairs. The host was super friendly, easy to communicate with and gave very good tips for the best restaurants. Thank you!

I was upgraded from a standard room to a room with balcony. The view was amazing. Also great view from the top floor dining area where they serve delicious traditional breakfast. George the host was extremely helpful and friendly. 12/10

The hotel is located in a Venetian house (probably 500 years old) in the heart of the old town. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it combines modern amenities with old, beautiful walls. Despite its central location, the square by the mosque turned out to be quiet at night. Very polite staff. Highly recommended.
 Driving into the narrow streets of the old town is, of course, impossible, so parking is available at a nearby city parking lot by the large square. A few minutes' walk is not an issue. Parking is covered by the hotel. We received precise instructions. Around 5 PM, we parked without any problems, but in the morning, we saw a long line of cars trying to get in. I think they could have waited up to an hour.

We visited Crete as a couple for the first time during the off-season around January. We were so glad we booked this place for an exquisite stay, located in the middle of the old town; it was worth the money! The amazing pool view, 2-storey room, and aromatic fragrance were all to be experienced with a touch of mid-century style. The breakfast was out of this world, tasty, and sufficient for a couple. The staff's hospitality from when we arrived until we left was amazing. We had never experienced such an extraordinary as well as humble service, and all our needs were taken care of with ease. Splendid service from Jacob and his staff; we wish we could have stayed longer. We want to return for a longer stay to enjoy a chill vacation.

This is the best place we’ve stayed during our holiday, out of 4 different hotels/locations. The staff is very friendly! The room/flat was beautiful, well decorated, very comfortable. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Kitchen 10/10 bed 10/10 bathroom 10/10 terrasse 10/10. It’s worth noting that the accommodation building is not in the city center. It is walking distance so we found it perfect: you get a sense of the local life but also are walking distance to everything you need.

The staff, hospitality, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Spa facilities and services provided, massages, were outstanding. The food buffet had everything you could imagine and more. What didn’t I like???? The room itself was bright, airy and decorated in an upmarket, contemporary style. The view across the seafront was so pretty and a joy to wake up to. The shower was unreal! Never known water pressure like it in Greece. The bed, my goodness, so soft and at the same time, so supportive! The room was tremendous value for money. Oh, and the location could not have been more central, directly in the middle of the old town and it’s charming labyrinth of winding streets leading to the stunning Venetian harbour front. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, they really made me feel like they wanted me there.
