Fantastic location with impressive views. Walkable distance to Vardzia cave monastery. Host made sure we have everything and called a minivan driver to pick us up near the hotel road when we were leaving

Hospitality with a capital H. Perfect tent or cottage, super scenery and the welcome is with a bottle of cold white wine. Every bed has 2 pillows, one more stiff and one more soft, so for all there is a best choice. The view is splendid, the service very high level. The food for the diner is fresh prepared on the barbecue. In the evening the hottub is warmed and you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains In the morning, walking up with the view on the mountains, WOW. The breakfast is overwelming, the type of dishes are repeating. Many thanks for the perfect location, service and stay.

Good location, only 10 minutes to Vardzia. Very clean room with towels, hair dryer. Kind and helpfull owners. Very nice an old lady - we received sweet gift for our next journey :)))

Experiencing rural Georgia and nice people. Delicious dinner and breakfast with homemade produced food and products

The nice fresh courtyard gives a cozy atmosphere to the place. It connects all the lodgings, which encourages the clients to talk to each other, especially during dinner and breakfast, which are served either outside or in a small veranda. The little tables and lights in the courtyard allow for late night conversation (mosquito-free!) The hotel is located in a small village. You can walk between the fields and take a look at the countryside from nice viewpoints. The food provided was served in hearty portions, exclusively Georgian food.

Lovely hosts who met us on arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony and we had a fantastic breakfast with an array of delicoius food and some home made Chacha. This was all enjoyed sitting on a timer veranda in the garden. Lovely, peaceful spot within a 10 minute walk of the centre and the cave city.

Our stay at this guesthouse was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Georgia – even though we spent only one night there, the experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived – quite late in the evening – we were welcomed with incredible warmth and kindness. Despite the hour, our host prepared a delicious homemade dinner for us, which was not only thoughtful but also a perfect example of genuine Georgian hospitality. In the morning, breakfast was ready at the agreed time and just as tasty. You could tell everything was made with care and love. The whole house had a warm, family-like atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well kept, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a friendly dog who immediately won our hearts and added to the homey vibe. The location is another big plus – the views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning, making us wish we could stay longer. Do note that getting there may require a 4x4 vehicle, but it’s absolutely worth it for the scenery and experience (but to be honest, you need 4x4 car to travel all around Georgia, not only to get to this property). Although the hosts don’t speak English, the language barrier was not a problem at all – with a bit of goodwill and the help of Google Translate, communication was easy. Their hospitality and warmth spoke louder than words. We truly regret that we only booked one night. This place filled us with such positive energy, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. It’s an amazing value for money, but above all, it offers an authentic taste of Georgian culture, warmth, and hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep – this is a true gem!
