Wonderful place with friendly people. Everything was great. We enjoyed the huge green territory which is great for dogs, cozy rooms and delicious homemade food. Hope we’ll come back someday.

We travel a lot around Georgia, and this was truly one of the most memorable and heartwarming places we’ve stayed at. The property is beautiful, well-kept, peaceful, and most importantly — pet-friendly, which means a lot to us. A very special thanks goes to the hosts, Adas and Sonata — two incredibly kind and caring people who were always available and ready to help 24/7. I got sick during our stay, and they treated me like family — with such warmth, support, and genuine care. I will never forget it😍 Also, it was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift from the hosts — such a sweet and touching gesture😍🥰😍 We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for accommodation, but for a truly warm and soulful experience.

Great small Camp with Nice Camp-manager and a cozy little hut! Everything was great and we enjoyed the tranquility.

The communication with the hosts Teona and Rezo enabled us to get the essentials of our stay done in English. If we had more complex questions their son, who speaks good English, would help. Teona, who spent some time in Germany, speaks German. The location about 200 m from the western end of the park in front of the theater at the traffic circle in the middle part of Eristavi Street is central and convenient. The room on the upper floor of a typical two-story building from the Soviet era (?) is simple and has remarkable amenities. Unlike many other rooms we had in Georgia, it is very spacious (I guess the room could be between 25 and 30 m2), shower and toilet in addition are each separate rooms (they seem to be newly tiled), and there is also a simple kitchen. Everything is clean. Teona and Rezo are in the process of setting up their business and have plans to expand it. When we needed help, they were happy to make things possible. Great location and view from the window. Clean and cozy. Provide everything you need: robes, towels, slippers, water, tea, toothbrushes. There is breakfast. Breakfast is delicious.

Amazing experience in Georgia! This newly opened hotel looks even better than in the photos! Everything is well built according to a European standard and perfected to the last detail. The backlit panels you can see in the photos are in fact very thin layers of stone, nothing is faked and everything feels very premium. We had a room with a large balcony and a view of the Black Sea. The rooms were spotless and what was important - they had a private beach which they cleaned daily. What is most interesting - the beach has magnetic sand which doesn't appear almost anywhere else in the world and it will even stick to your phone in small columns! They use it in the spa procedures, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try that. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in Kutaisi, but it's not directly in the center which we saw as a big advantage. The restaurant in the hotel is imho the best in the town. They even have a private baker on the property and a collection of local wines - as we understood curated by both local and European sommeliers. Both management and staff were extremely helpful and consisted of locals and professionals from Europe. They recommended a trip to nearby thermal springs, which we haven't found anywhere online, and also a local market, where we bought produce from local farmers. We got there in a rented car. It's easy to find the hotel and the parking is guarded 24/7 by security. When you are in Georgia in general, this is a must-see spot. You will get a 5* hotel experience for which you would pay thousands of Euros in European resorts. If you consider staying in the area, I definitely recommend staying in here.
