Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. Commual Hotels is a true gem in Georgia and finally they have opened in Kutaisi. The quality in general and the attention to details is unmatched. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The inhouse restaurant DOLI is the best in Kutaisi with an interesting interpretation of regional dishes. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Will stay again for sure and I'll recommend it to anyone going to Imereti or Kutaisi.
