Location was fine for a stop over if traveling through or you needed a bed before flying off from Bournemouth airport or from pool/Portsmouth harbours. Good access to major through roads north and south. Several pubs/restaurants in the area.

Fantastic room: loved the attention to detail (bear towels are to die for) and cleanliness. Vibrant atmosphere in the bar with good and well presented meals. Good location on the very edge of Christchurch: 30 minutes to high street and quay.

The room was neat, they daily supllies the room with a bottle of water, instant coffe, tea, cream and an electric kettle. Breakfast has a whole menu with plenty options, including the traditional english breakfast, which i really enjoyed.

Everything was great and the staff was lovely. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. We felt very comfortable and at home. The receptionists were lovely. Every time we travel to Bournemouth we always choose the grove hotel.

Everything was excellent ♥️ Staff very friendly and helpful..especially Luisa,cause she helped me a lot for transport and explained a lot to me to get to the station etc… Breakfast very good and a wide variety to choose from, only 1 thing i expected that at least there will be fried eggs,but never mind on the whole it is a very good hotel and I recommend it a lot. Location perfect, although i had a leg injury and had to climb up the hill, but never mind accidents happen.

When flying in and out of Bournemouth the Avon Causeway Hotel is a fantastic place to stay the night before the flight. It is comfortable, clean, friendly and quiet, The pub dinners are very good and the picnic breakfast, for early leavers, is a very thoughtful way to start the journey home. We always choose this country retreat, and will continue to do so.

    The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them,...

    The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them, its nice if you like the relaxed approach. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. The toilet facilities is another matter. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower for each the male and females. There were some that used the toilet to get ready for the day instead of their accommodation or shower room. This meant the 1 and only toilet could be out of action for over an hr at a time. This is not the place for anyone with a weak bladder.
