Studio was lovely and clean and everything that you needed was there,brilliant location and easy to find.Kirstie the host was lovely and welcoming and even left some toys for our little boy to keep him entertained.We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Weston super mare.

The location was perfect 👌 Everything was within a 5 minute walk and it was a nice quiet neighbourhood. The boathouse cafe was lovely and very welcoming to dogs as was The Dolphin pub.

This is a boutique 7 roomed hotel and combines olde would charm with every single amenity you could wish for and more. The breakfast is extraordinary. Even poached haddock and kippers if you want. But a full English is sublime. Would definitely recommend it and if again in Weston-super-Mare would pick it as hotel of choice a personal experience

Really comfortable stay, perfect location just next to promenade and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the fan in the room really helped to keep the air fresh. I recommend staying here for classic seaside experience!

    A very pleasant residential area of Weston with a good beach...

    A very pleasant residential area of Weston with a good beach. Pubs are consistently highly rated although we didn't have time to sample any. Breakfast was great at the Boathouse, less than five minutes walk away. Beware that it's 7 pounds to park on the beach!
