I recently spent an incredible week at this hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, keeping the room in perfect condition throughout my stay. The hotel offered comfortable and well-maintained facilities, which made my stay very pleasant. While everything was excellent, I did miss having a small fridge in the room, which would have made the experience absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a quiet and relaxing environment to unwind. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Every detail was carefully thought out, making my stay an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate to return and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Booked this hotel last minute because our flight was canceled at the last moment. London was too far to go back to because we had an early flight in the morning again. Wanted to end the nice weekend with a nice hotel. And that it was indeed! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hotel. Would never of thought of it - used to staying in London - but this is definitely something to keep in mind for the next visit. Beautiful rooms, good service.

We stayed after our wedding and the team made it truly magical with special touches to the room. The breakfast is excellent and service overall was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful to go for a walk. The atmosphere in the hotel and grounds is relaxed and very peaceful. Staines, like most towns in the UK is suffering from decline of the traditional high street. This is mainly due to out of town shopping centres and large supermarkets. Very good market in the high street on a Saturday.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow. It was a good base for a 2 day visit to Windsor & then Twickenham. Trains run regularly to both. Town was well facilitated with shops, food outlets both major and independent businesses

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

The location is perfect for visiting Windsor Castle, the residence of the British royal family. I especially appreciated the warm and friendly interactions with the staff, as well as their willingness to help with personal requests—like lending me a phone charger. The room was well organized, with clear access codes provided. And after a long day of sightseeing, I was delighted to relax in the bath—it was the perfect way to unwind. This hotel offers a true taste of authentic English hospitality.

It was a very old character building at the front right behind the Swan Hotel on the river by Staines Bridge so easy access to the town. The station is a 15 minute walk through the town. The rooms in the hotel are modern,well cleaned and have all you need for a relaxing stay. Most of the rooms are located in new buildings at the back by the car park . Staff worked very hard to make sure everything was as it should be so it was a very relaxing stay!

The Apartment is well located in Staines, close to the pedestrian area and Two River shopping mall so plenty of choice available. The underground parking is a life saver. The apartment is well equipped with modern fittings, more than suffiiceint for 2 people staying, it would be a bit crammed if more than 2. Bathroom is new nicely fitted, good shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Internet works well too.

Friendly staff on check in, room very nicely appointed with comfortable bed and great all round pub for dinner and a few drinks. Even though it’s a pub, we didn’t notice any noise. Perfect for a one night stopover between flights, given only 10-15mins from Heathrow but so much nicer than an airport hotel.
