This places is a hidden gem a listed building nothing is modern which i like so what if the paint is pealing of the wall of there is chips on the does it has so much more character and charm and the front desk manager was delightful he gave us a tour of the place and also a background on the history of the hotel

Excellent location. Easy access to apartment after following instructions. Only stayed 1 night but lovely apartment. Appreciated the water and milk in the fridge. Nice touch.

Everything. Paul and Sophie are fantastic and we felt very welcomed! They have great tips and they are very helpful. The place is well located, close to pubs, restaurants. It is super clean. I highly recommend it!

    Silk stone is a perfect location for many local attractions including Cannon Hall Farm and no too far away from South Yorkshire Wildlife Park. We wished we’d stayed longer to explore the area. We will definitely be coming back.
