Great central location for attractions in The Vale of York, Yorkshire Coast and visiting York. Surrounded by some stunning countryside and villages. I had a warm welcome from the Landlady and she provided me with a lovely evening meal, despite me not booking beforehand. I was due to be out very early next day, so she made me a packed breakfast I could take out with me. I was able to enjoy a cooked breakfast on the next morning.
