All was excelllent. Communication was smooth, and parking and check-in were very easy. The flat is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. Beds very comfy. Location is great for all of Leek, and the people in Leek are so welcoming and friendly.

A great welcome from are host, made to feel most welcome, once we settled in, fresh coffee and homemade cakes in the drawing room. Breakfast was a great example of home made and local fare. Nothing was too much trouble for are hosts with recommendations from places to see and eat etc. Wonderful location.

    There is not much to Onecote itself, just a village hall (...

    There is not much to Onecote itself, just a village hall (where you can park for free if the drive is a little narrow for your car). Unfortunately the only pub is now closed. It is however, very well situated to get to other places however, with Leek, Hartington (excellent pubs and walks), Hulme End (for the manifold trail and bike hire), The Roaches and Lud's Church all being within 10 to 20 mins drive.
