The owners are lovely and helpful people. The hotel is ideally situated, close to the train station, and about 5 minutes away from the city center and the walk is very enjoyable. Everything about my stay was perfect. Would gladly come back or recommend it.

Everything. We stayed for 18 days over December and February, so we left and came back as we were staying as our Son lived near by but his house was not big enough to stay. The staff were top notch with there duties, friendliness and professional appearances. Sue, Carl, Barbara, Cathy , Vince along with the others treated us like Family. Location in the middle of town, food and room service we would not fault. Yes we were there along time but our impression did not change. Sorry I forgot Marie. Nothing was any trouble. A credit to the Mercure group.

This property is truly a home away from home. Pauline is an organized and considerate host, the property was very clean and had all the items needed for a good stay. Pauline shared her homemade cookies which we had with tea on arrival on the lovely conservatory in the picture. Breakfast was a casual/serve yourself affair, including coffee tea bread jams yogurt and cereal. The shared bathroom has a bath and a shower cabin with great water pressure. This property suits calm and quiet people, as it is a family home with other guests.
