The suite was lovely and spacious. There was tea,coffe, hot chocolate and biscuits n the room. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very well presented and of very good quality. My daughter found a card with a sweet message from the turn down service team next to her little bunny and bear which were tucked in the bed covered with little blankets made of tissue paper! How sweet! Thank you for this memorable stay!

The Hotel is close to everything you might ever need and even though there was no parking, they made everything easy for us to find one close. Staff was excellent and good breakfast too! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to visitors of Inverness.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Inverness! From the moment we arrived, Judith and her team made us feel truly welcome. The service was warm, efficient, and genuinely caring — nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, exactly what you'd hope for after a long day of travel. Breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and managed with a smile — a great start to each day. Judith leads by example — her professionalism and kindness clearly inspire the whole team. location can't be beat just a couple of blocks down from the train station and a very busy central part of town. The vibe was hip and fun, and the room was super spacious and comfortable. I wish I were going to stay longer, only there one night. Next time I am in Inverness, this is where I'll stay.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, our room which had a river view was amazing. We had a family wedding on the premises over the weekend and it was just perfect. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

    If you're looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful and yet is near enough to a city if you need one then Munlochy is the place. The village does have a co-op which is a short walk from the cottage we stayed at.
