Excellent, spacious room with good facilities, including mini-bar. Spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. Amazing value for money and express check-in/out very useful. Free welcome Prosecco, and beer was a nice touch, as was the choice of teas and filter coffee in the room. Pub was cozy and food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and well trained. Location would be perfect for touring the area or walking in the Mendips. Close to Bristol Airport.

Beautiful old building with lovely decor and furnishings. Very friendly helpful staff. Good location very near to seafront but away from the hustle and bustle. Only a 10min walk into town centre. Parking was a great bonus. Would definitely return again and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Really comfortable stay, perfect location just next to promenade and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the fan in the room really helped to keep the air fresh. I recommend staying here for classic seaside experience!

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Great location. Great breakfast. Shower had a safety mat type thing which Im so happy with as my legs were not stable, and slippery showers are genuinely a bit scary

This place is lovely and clean, the staff were so accomodating and so helpful. The lady who booked me in and helped me get my luggage from my car, was so so so helpful and lovely. Very accomadating and nothing was too much. All of the staff were so lovely and approachable, it certainly made the atmosphere a lovely one. We ate dinner on site at Rock Salt restaurant. The food was excellent quality, and the portion size were big, I didnt finish my meal. There is a very good variety of different food on the menu. We also had breakfast in the morning, again it was fabulous and portion sizes were big, I struggled to finish my food! The english breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for Sand Bay, the sand dunes were lovely for me and my son to explore after breakfast! So peaceful.

    Hotel was pretty much as we expected, the staff were very good and the food in the restaurant was very good too. The leisure facilities especially the pool were a lovely bonus. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

    Lovely Hotel with freindly staff and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Pool and fitness room all fabulous. Very relaxing one night stay shame we couldn't stay longer to try an evening meal.

    The best feature of the hotel was the leisure centre.

    The best feature of the hotel was the leisure centre. We only used the pool but it also had a gym, sauna and steam room. The food was very average. We ate from the bar menu after the first evening. We were not prepared to risk wasting money in the restaurant. The staff were all very friendly. They seemed short staffed in the restaurant at breakfast time.

    Whilst we didn't spend a large amount of time in Loxton (it was too wet for long walks) it was very easy to get to Cheddar, Weston Super Mare and other local towns. The Webbington Hotel's gym, pool and spa is recommended. Take a trip to Cheddar for the caves, walks a quaint shops as well as the pubs and restaurants

    Average and my room was decent. Others were not. Mine had recently been refurbished with new carpets and wallpaper but the rest of the hotel was in need of some major TLC. Horrible old dusty carpets throughout, tiny rooms in the other building with no light and generally old and worn. Definitely wouldn’t pay £120 a night to stay here again. I would say more about the 60-80 mark is more suitable.

    The location of the hotel benefits from being high up with...

    The location of the hotel benefits from being high up with far reaching views over Somerset countryside. However, although the hotel is warm, homely and quiet inside, the nearby M5 motorway is really noisy - so sitting on the terrace outside the bar is not as pleasant as you might think. There's plenty of parking though, and the staff were superb.

    Location and facilities were good. Staff very friendly. Fantastic walk up to crook peak from hotel. The outside terrace was great also. Only two things were disappointing, mainly the food was poor considering price, just heated frozen food for almost £17 per meal. Also there was Quite a long walk through hotel between swimming pool and sauna was annoying but not a massive issue. Would go again but would eat somewhere else

    We booked the hotel as an overnight stop from Plymouth to Bristol airport and Best Western came up the cheapest. I think we had about 20-25 minute drive over to the airport which was perfect. The reception area was beautiful and the casual bar/lounge area was lovely too. Our dinner was also great.

    Plenty of parking Helpful staff Easy check in and out Enough plug sockets for laptop and chargers. Breakfast was good. Great value for money My time here was very short and was not able to utilise the hotel facilities so cam not comment on them.
