Lovely location, cosy, comfortable, warm, quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped, hot tub was lovely, kitchen has everything you need. Hosts/owners are thoughtful and contact you. Surrounding area full of things to do. Only had a short stay so made no use of the facilities within the park but had a nice woodland walk! Parking is right outside.

Louth is a small city with history, with lots of different restaurants. It's not too busy in terms of traffic, there is freeee parking available. We wanted a quiet family short break with dogs and the place was very nice. It's in the middle of the forest. There is no "Disco". There is a lot of RAF activity during the day if you are interestest in. The beach is not far and there are quiet one's and busy one's; it's up to you. We have been in the church in Louth and also on the tower, £3 per person. It's worth it and don't under estimate it !!

Louth is such a beautiful market town, England like I remember from my childhood. Some of the streets and architecture have picture postcard views. I'm sure foreign visitors would be totally smitten with it.

    Louth is a fine town.

Louth is a fine town. Fantastic speciality food shops, some of the best cheese’s and finest pork pies in England. Visit the church and climb up into the roof, a brilliant experience and only a moderate amount of fitness needed. The surrounding countryside and villages are delightful. Louth is one of my most favourite towns in England. Venture 40 miles north across the Humber bridge and visit Beverley Minster, it’s stunning.

I had the single bed room. It's better than the pictures. It's quirky with an old and new mix. I only stayed one night and didn't get there until after 7pm and went out so not much time in the hotel. There's a bit of wear and tear but didn't detract. Owner spoke to me on arrival and departure, sorry I didn't have time to engage in conversation, but I was on tight timelines. Crux is would I go back? Yes I would and may go with the wife, and have a night out in Louth which seems nice. Loads of parking.

An interesting and quirky hotel which you must visit, even if only for one night. A great location for the Lincolnshire Wolds or a stroll into town. Paul, Benjamin and all of the staff are the best, extremely friendly and helpful while also supporting those locally who are in need. I’d also like to say many thanks again for Paul and Benjamin’s support when my wife was taken ill.

We used the hotel as a stop off on our way to North Yorkshire. We found it to be a very nice, clean hotel, with good food and friendly staff. The price for the room was very reasonable. The hotel was located away from Louth, but very handy for visiting the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast. There was plenty of parking available.

Great communication from James & Emma throughout the process. Arrived to a lovely welcome pack in a gorgeous little cottage that is beautifully decorated. Great location for Louth town centre and the local Lincolnshire area. Loved the fire and the Christmas decorations. Very comfy beds. 10/10. Would highly recommend.
