A great property as a base to visit the area to fish, play golf and visit some wonderful castles and towns/cities. The property was spacious and well appointed with off road parking and a private garden to fish from. Finding the hotel and parking was easy. The room was comfortable and it was serviced every day, the bed made and bottled water, biscuits, tea. coffee provided. Very scenic.
Very scenic. Easy to drive to St Fillans, Callender, Killin (a must to see the Falls of Dochart), Kenmore, Crieff, Aberfeldy. Also close to Balquhidder, where lies the grave of Rob Roy in a lovely little churchyard, with a scenic walk along by a little river. Close to Loch Voil. Also, not too long a drive to Loch Lomond. Opportunities for water sports at both Loch Earn and Loch Tay, plus bike / walking trails, and walks along the south sides of both lochs.
