Stylish and clean hotel with a view of Douglas Bay and 3 min walk to public transport. They have the nicest English breakfast I have ever tasted. Tasty kippers plus cold fruits and cereals are fabulous. We loved the bar and restaurant too. Extremely friendly and helpful staff including the owner's family. Big thank you to you all. Fantastic place in great location, close to promenade, pubs, market street, bus station. Very beautiful and clean. Big room and bathroom with all that you may need. Very good breakfast with with lot of ingredients to choose. Helpful staff.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The provision of bathrobes was a lovely touch. A fridge would have been helpful in our room but not a deal breaker as we didn't stay for too long. Great facilities in the hotel and the room. We would definitely return here over and above other chain hotels.
