This accommodation provides very unique and unusual experience to all travellers. Hidden gem in vast emptiness of the west Scottish countryside. All staff was really nice and friendly people willing to help their guests. Ideal proximity to the ferry to Isle of Islay. Definitely recommend to stay there.

Location was ideal for ferry the next morning and the town is beautiful. We walked to shell. Beach, Tarbert Castle and had a delicious dinner. Walking was easy. We had the ensuite family room and it was perfect for the 3 of us.

The breakfast was exceptional, made to order, a hot full breakfast. The hosts were very friendly, this is what makes staying at B&Bs more of an experience, rather than just a place to stay. The nautical theme added a personal touch being situated by the seaside and the nearby ports. Close to good restaurants right in the centre of the town and plenty of parking. Great location for the Islay ferries as it is near to Kennacraig

    Beautiful and peaceful, within reach of many interesting places, good amenities. Some difficult navigating even though small place as not clear where paths were in some instances. Dined at Tide and Thyme, friendly, welcoming and excellent food. Had takeaway from Fyne Raja - excellent and prompt collection service. Good value. Visited Colintraive sculpture park and Carry Farm area, wonderful weather and experience at both
