Hucknall is on the tram system which has a direct line into Nottingham, public transport is very good, buses frequent, and this saves having to stay in the city which is about 6 miles to the south. The property is very well decorated and a lovely homely feel. Bathroom was very large, easy to use shower. Tuck shop was greatly appreciated! Claire and her partner were very accommodating and approachable if I needed anything. Bed was large and comfortable. I loved the extra cushions for that comfy feel. I would happily stay here again. The hotel was at the end of the street where my friend lived and was also the venue for her wake so it was very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and let me leave my suitcase in the secure office while I went to the funeral, and to collect it after the wake.
