The breakfast room was good, our room was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff, in general, was amiable, always a smile and a "good morning". At the reception desk, Jodie and Morgan were so helpful with a friendly chat and taking care of the minor problems

We had a bit of a situation with booking and the staff couldn't find our reservation but the problem was solved immediatley and we got upgraded from a room to a lodge. The lodge was fenomenal, exceptionally clean, lots of room and best of all.. a jackuzzi! The ambiance is stellar, everyone is friendly and we had an amazing stay at this location. Staff was very helpful with any and all of our requests and questions. Nothing but a positive review!

We received a warm welcome. Our rooms were very beautifully decorated, the beds very comfy and the nicely presented tea, coffee and biscuits was appreciated. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was very nice.

The room was as expected, having stayed in that room before, the staff were always on hand to help, especially Zoe on the front desk and the lady who served us breakfast each morning. The location is ideal for using public transport. Looking forward to our next stay.

    We chose this as a getaway for my parents in their 90's to share with family dipping in and out. Place was immaculate! Bathroom first class with a good basic kitchen. Large deck for sitting out and relaxing. We live in the area and so knew where all the nearby shops etc were and was easy for us to nip back home. Plenty in neighbouring Hoddesdon if you are new to the area. Staff were excellent and super fast at sorting out a couple of little problems. Lots of wildlife around including flocks of geese and bunnies.

    Only issue I had was we arrived at 6:45pm and was told we were too late to check in and would need to find a hotel. I travelled with my 84 year father so was a bit upsetting. however they finally found someone to allow us in. The booking receipt did not state about being there. by a certain time or had the key box PIN number on. we were unaware of the procedure. Everything else was great. Thank you to the cleaner guy who came to let us in

    Very clean and well appointed apartment. The WiFi was very good and stable. Location was central to Hoddesdon, and it's main street. The price was good value for money, and the owner very helpful.

    Location perfect, there is a pub/restaurant and a cafe a 2 min walk away, lovely riverside walks, a 20 min walk into hoddesdon town centre via a footpath directly next to the site
