Everything, breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly, Hotel was spotless.We requested an early check-in as we travelled from Ireland on a very early flight,delighted to say the hotel accommodated us and our room was ready for 11.30..We will be back early next year for another stay..

We booked a family room. It is quite spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a welcome drink and late check out. Nice bar in the lounge. Breakfast is good. Very convenient location, 5min walk from the train station and 10min walk to York minster and city center. The hotel is also dog friendly and prepared a nice bed and bowls for the dog.
