Thanks for a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal and garden beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had had a busy day of travel behind us, but I had the best sleep in ages! We will definitely back. Good to see a historic building like this in use and being cared for.

First of all they were very helpful and let me rearrange my stay at quite short notice. It was clean and tidy and there was a nice selection of coffees in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

    I would consider this St Paul's Cray, rather than Foots Cray...

    I would consider this St Paul's Cray, rather than Foots Cray, so bear this in mind. The area isn't the nicest and I would consider it the armpit of Orpington. The locals are surly and rowdy and not the friendliest bunch. I was staying just up the road, off Star Lane, for three months so I got to know the area.

    liked the accommodation but the facilities let it down.

    liked the accommodation but the facilities let it down. No toaster, no soap in the bathroom, travellers these days tend to rely on the host to provide. Strange combination of washing machine in kitchen and fridge in the living space. One night was OK, two wokk in ld have been a trial. Fix the above and consider h to he travellers needs and this could be a very comfortable to stay.
