Absolutely delightful place to stay for a few nights. Perfect to unwind in a quiet marina with a lot of walk/hiking options. The Ark itself is a sweet little pod with everything you need already there: it’s new, clean, has a small shower - toiletries, towels even soft cosy robes included; there’s a small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc / well equipped kitchenette. Add to this , all the modern touches: wifi, bt speakers, tv etc. Steph, the host was the most helpful and lovely pre&during the stay! Enjoy the welcome drink on a lovely patio deck watching the boats and the tides go in&out! Thank you! We loved it & will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Millers House, the owner was very kind! All the facilities were perfect, bed was beyond comfortable. We felt very secure as it is a closed gate community. We couldn't hear any noises from the road or trains. The location is super convenient, next to the train station and the village center. The room was spotless! We will definitely come back!

booked for 8.30 pm but arrived an hour late and was met with a cheerful and smiling receptionist. My room was clean, tidy and warm. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast didn't disappoint, well cooked. It's on my list to make a return visit at a later date.

Staff were excellent on arrival and throughout the stay. Food was really good quality. Location is great for scenic walks and visiting Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Parking at the rear is free overnight 6pm-8am, then a charge applies.

    We stayed just outside the town at a nearby marina but went in for dinner and breakfast, lots of choice from high end to pub grub. Overall a really pretty spot with lovely harbour views. An undiscovered gem for us and definitely coming again.

    Delightful village, accessible and conveniently placed for many attractions/places to visit. Lovely local costal walks. Plenty of nice places to eat as well as several lovely coffee shops. Highly recommend Nicolino's Italian Restaurant, The Coal Exchange and The Driftwood Cafe (superb coffee)

    Emsworth is a very nice place to stay and has all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay there is lots to see and explore and ideal for a coastal break. Unfortunately our stay was short as we were there for a family funeral but have stayed on other occasions and enjoyed the break

    Emsworth is a small town with plenty of good pubs and restaurants. We ate at JJs and had an excellent meal. There were limited options as it was nearly 4pm and may pubs had stopped their lunch service.

    Emsworth is a lovely town on the coast.

    Emsworth is a lovely town on the coast. Very unspoilt and with a nice selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Great location for walking along the beautiful coastline or a short drive to the South Downs Way. People are very friendly and it never seems too crowded.

    Loved the general look and ambiance of this hotel when we walked in. Loved the attention to detail- air conditioning in the room was on, on a very hot day, the radio playing softly, some welcome treats and a welcome note left for us. Beds were extremely comfortable, room was nicely styled, and a like a nice large walk-in shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful
