I love Brixham. I love seafood. I love the harbour.
I love Brixham. I love seafood. I love the harbour. I love the people. But it is difficult to drive round with narrow roads and terrible parking. Having said that, we did park and we did get around. Booking at the popular restaurants is essential. We like sitting in or outside pubs and cafés watching the world go by. Brixham is perfect for that. We loved Breakwater Café, Shoals, Rockfish and Bay Head Hotel plus David's fish and chips. Like the harbour with its numerous bars/restaurants and the boat trip over to Torquay. Listening to the band on a Thursday evening. We enjoyed eating at the Cowshed Restaurant and the obligatory fish and chips at Brixham Fish Restaurant. We have been coming to Brixham for many years.
We have been coming to Brixham for many years. Its a beautiful place with lovely, friendly people. Glorious location with gorgeous views and a great choice of restaurants and bars. Thd Old Market House and The New Quay Inn were our particular favourites. This time we stayed at Sampford House in the Junior Suite.
