Can't comment on breakfast but we had a family dinner in the restaurant the first evening and the menu was varied and interesting and very well prepared and served. One guest found a problem with one main course and it was replaced immediately without question. The room we had was large, comfortable, clean and had a lovely bathroom with superb large shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient even when the two small children who came with our family group got very boisterous. The location on the edge of the countryside yet a pleasant walk or short drive to Farsley centre is perfect. Big car park at no charge was the icing on the cake for us when many hotels now charge for parking. Thank you for an excellent stay.

I stayed here to attend the cricket test. It is a short walk from the ground with plenty of restaurants and pubs in close proximity, yet the hotel is in a very quiet leafy street. I had a lovely bright and fresh room looking out to the trees. The bed was really comfortable and the en-suite large and spotless. A very good full breakfast was included and for anyone with a car, there is amply on-site parking. Finally, I couldn't speak more highly of the staff. Right from the start they were friendly and helpful, but when I got sick during my stay (no fault of the hotel), the staff went out of their way to assist me and to ensure my wellbeing. This is an exceptional hotel that I highly recommend.

The minute we turned into the long driveway and saw the Property we were very impressed. We were greeted by Laveena and she went way beyond expectations to ensure our stay was memorable. Her advice and input were invaluable. The room with ensuite was very comfortable and provided us with all we needed. Well situated and close to shops and the local Weatherspoon pub was well utilised. Breakfast was fantastic and the ability to read and enjoy a capucchino/hot chocolate at anytime in the front room overlooking the garden was an added treat. We were very happy to spend 3 nights here and we got to see plenty of the local area

    Very poor, disgustingly dirty, with staff who shout at you rather than talk at a normal volume. Marked/stained bed sheets, dried noodle in throw, facel matter on toilet seat, mildew and mould on tiles and windows, damaged doors and chipped wood in wardrobes.

    Overall awful experience, staff are rude and abrupt .Not made welcome at all.Booked 3 nights and on reflection we should have left after 1st night.We have enjoyed many stays at this hotel.But has gone down in levels of service massively.

    X84 bus stops outside which takes approx 40 mins to get to...

    X84 bus stops outside which takes approx 40 mins to get to Leeds centre. If going to the arena you want to be off at stand Merrion C. The last bus back to hotel from Leeds Merrion was approx 23:15 and the bus stop is to the left of Walkabout, just make sure you are at the right one for X84, you want to be off at Bramhope Church Hill.

    Stayed 1 night, Lots of people checking in could not access their rooms due to key cards not working. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, did not get much sleep. Car park was packed with 2 large coaches taking up lots of room. Drove round 3 car parks several times before someone departing vacated a spot. Car park appears to be used for airport parking long stay. Bathroom was tiny, had a problem getting in due to tight access round the door. Would not stay here again.

    I really wish we were only there for one night, I don’t think it was the best of places to stay at, if I had known this would happen I would not stay there, no customer services spent most of my time waiting to speak to reception and not really getting any help

    very beautiful area i would recommend staying in the city centre if you don’t drive as my journeys took about 1hr 30 using public transport and from 7-25 mins in the car, you basically can’t walk the bus is your bestie or uber

    I had gone with low expectations, everyone has heard the horror stories of Britannia Hotels; I was pleasantly surprised! I arrived to a friendly welcome, reasonably priced parking and a clean reception area. I went up to my room and it was spotless, everywhere was clean and, although a little dated, it was all in good working order. The addition of the fridge meant my lunch for the following day was well chilled. Breakfast was good and plentiful

    Near to the airport. I had received an email that we could book and pay for parking at the hotel. On arrival told no parking spaces. Had to book into airport parking the next morning. It’s out in the sticks and had to drive down beaten yea is in the early hours of the morning to the hotel.
