My flight was delayed so I arrived about 2am. As I was checking in there was a man waiting to also check in, I am a woman. The receptionist, a young man, whispered to me my floor number and had written the room number on the key card holder rather than say it out loud so the man waiting would hear. Although he was a young man he had the awareness of the situation. As a woman I just wanted to convey how grateful I was to your receptionist and was very impressed with the service he provided..Please, please commend that young receptionist for his utmost professionalism! I will definitely recommend your hotel to my female friends and family.

Everything… beautiful building in a quiet tranquil location. Beautifully decorated, lots of places to sit and relax. Food was outstanding. Service was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. I had a good time here. The room was clean, plenty of space to hide things. I had the best bed here so far. In the bathroom I had the opportunity to use both a bath and a shower. The staff was nice to me. If I have a trip to England again, I would go here.
