Comfort and cleanliness of accommodation was excellent. Staff were very welcoming. Nothing was any trouble. Standard of food in Restaurant was excellent. Accommodation location was easily accessible for golfers.

It was a delightful opportunity to stay in such an olde nine with individual names allocated to rooms. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional meals ably supported by efficient and attentive staff :)

We have now returned to Australia but stayed at the Auld Cross Keys Inn at the beginning of September as we commenced of our trip around Scotland. The Inn and the people and township of Denholm did not disappoint just as was the case six years previously and we were determined on this visit to find that little town we liked so much then. Denhom is a lovely town and the Inn is representative of that - the staff and facilities were excellent and we were made most welcome and were well looked after. I would recommend a visit to all, it will not let you down. Thank you to all at the Auld Cross Keys Inn. Our stay at Branxholme Castle was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, Carol made us feel incredibly welcome. The castle itself is stunning—full of character, history, and charm—while still offering all the modern comforts you’d hope for.
