perfectly located for what we required . food was incredible and service lightening fast ! bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere ever !!!! if I’d dropped gum on the floor accidentally you could have retrieved it and continued with it ;) nothing was too much for the staff . awesome spot !

    My room was mid souterrain with a quite busy road at the level of and 1.5 meters from my window. 26 degrees Celcius in the room that could not be changed. Got a new room at the same level which slowly got too warm too. Breakfast OK.

    If you are a racing enthusiast Ascot is undoubtedly the best course in the country and probably the world.Dress smartly or you will feel out of place.Ladies only wear a hat at the Royal meeting in June and King George day.

    Great local area friendly local pub ( the stag ) with great food.came for the smoke and fire festival which despite the awful weather was brilliant.Had a lovely breakfast in the high street a little pricey but very tasty and great service.

    We ate at the Berystede Hotel. Good but expensive. We also ate at Fego on Ascot High Street. On a Sunday morning there was a long queue outside - and no wonder. The food and tea/coffee were excellent and the staff friendly and quick. Thoroughly recommend it.

    Ascot is quiet on non horse racing days Shops are few Nearby Windsor is a great place to shop and socialise and visit Good bus service (no 1) to Windsor takes 40 mins or so and leaves from opposite the main entrance to the race course at the hospital entrance

    I went there for family reasons and Ascot is a small town...

    I went there for family reasons and Ascot is a small town whose main feature is the horse race track which leaves me cold! Its expensive to get to Ascot from the airport (60 GBP by taxi) or around half that by Underground & surface Train but can be fun! For the kid in you there's LegoLand close by and for the history buffs there's Windsor which is beautiful and the castle is magnificent and definitely worth a visit. The shopping isn't too bad either.

    Room was excellent, very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Shower was excellent, good pressure and water temperature. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. I'm a frequent travelling and beds are important for a good nights sleep. We didn't eat at the hotel, however the food look great when we walked through the restaurant. This is my second time and would definitely come again if visiting the Ascot or surrounding area.

    We were racing at ascot so the hotel was very convenient. We stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable. We enjoyed a nice meal in the evening in the Arcanthus restaurant. An enjoyable breakfast next morning completed our visit. We will return next year when we visit ascot races again.
