The location is really good with incredible views. Breakfast is perfect with beautiful view on the lake. Staff was very warm, welcoming and makes you fill like home)), especially gentlemen at the reception breakfast desk. Parking neither big nor small, we found a spot easily and it’s just in front of the building. The building of the hotel is a bit outdated, but really taken care of! There is an amazing hiking route with stunning views, which starts just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The Cobbler hiking trail.

We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was comfy and clean and we had our own big bathroom. We have been served a traditional cooked breakfast (you could also choose vegetarian options). We also had a great dinner at the pub that's right next door. We had an amazing time at The Inn at Loch Lomond. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome and the location is perfect—right by the loch and really close to Glasgow, which let us enjoy a great day trip to the city. Last but not least, loved the food and the live entertainment was a lot of fun which really felt like our own “graduation party” to our long journey to this beautiful country. Overall, it was a great place to relax, eat well, and enjoy good company. Highly recommended!

I took a fishing rod and on the first night had bbq mackerel...

I took a fishing rod and on the first night had bbq mackerel on the banks of Loch lomand as its very close. The hills are walking distance from the hotel so on the second day we walked up Ben ime. The views are spectacular if you have not been to the west of Scotland you willl be impressed and the location is so close to Glasgow, difficult to believe a large city is so close.

Amazing part of the country with wonderful scenery.

Amazing part of the country with wonderful scenery. Most staff are extremely pleasant and friendly, but not all. Arrochar is a bit of a one horse town, although it's a great base for touring some amazing parts of the country. It's a very relaxing village with a lovely walk along the lochside.

Beautiful quiet location, stunning scenery. The Village Inn was great. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Restaurant had good menu choices both for dinner and breakfast. We'd booked this for our last night in Scotland before our return flight, would have loved to stay longer.

Weather not great second day but didn’t spoil our break . Took a very scenic drive up the “Rest and Be Thankful “ via Loch Fyne oyster bar and garden centre to Inveraray . Dogs loved the walk through the grounds up to the castle . Lovely places for lunch in the town .The George Hotel a favourite of ours .

Everything was top notch. Staff were very good, nice and helpful. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed very comfy. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality. The surrounding area was beautiful and our room had a loch view. The whole Inn had a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful and to beat it all the cleaning staff stole my bag with all of my liquids including perfumes and lotions and when I told the reception they could not have cared less

Everything !! Great location and even though on the A83 it was very quite. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The cottage is very nice with everything you need for a home from home stay. Very clean inside with comfy furniture and a very comfy bed. The views from the lounge and bedroom windows was breath taking and even better when viewing from outside ! Simply stunning views of the Arrochar alps and loch Long. Thank you for a lovely if not rather damp stay.

The location of Arrochar Hotel is beautiful sitting right on the Loch. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and having the bar and restaurant available for dinner was a bonus.
