Staff were very helpful and kind, they provided us with a ground level room as requested due to my wife’s mobility issues. Alkham is a quiet little village with only the pub, church and park. Perfect to get away when you need A break. The food is to die for! The drinks options are amazing and the staff now how to look after you. Dover and Folkestone are between 10-15 minutes away and easy access to everything. The room was comfortable, it was a bit warm but the air conditioning is very effective, outside there was a gentle hum from the air-conditioning unit of the kitchen.
