    Tournus is a lovely old town full of charm and character. Abbey at the top river at the bottom. Bars cafes restaurants shops etc. Cycle museum for a rainy afternoon (or if you like bikes) The cycling in the area is great. Would go again no problem

    Wonderful town with a magnificent abbey and cloisters.

    Wonderful town with a magnificent abbey and cloisters. Pretty abbey square with cafes and bistro. Great shopping centre. Beautiful riverside. Would definitely recommend the Parisian restaurant on the riverside near the bridge. The hotel st philibert is an excellent hotel near the abbey.

    easy to find. free parking opposite. friendly & charming hosts. lovely town by the river. immaculately clean. lovely, cosy room. a warm, welcoming family hotel including a greeting from their dog & pusskin! a very short walk into the town for dinner. now have discovered tournus & cluny will definitely stay again.

    Very good breakfast. The property is quite old but has lots of character that can't be found in more modern hotels. We loved browsing the many retro articles collected in the hotel.
