We booked last minute, on the same day. The host was very kind to await us late in the evening to do the checkin. He also took us for a tour of the his vineyard the next day. The apartment is spacious, AC in both bedrooms and the living room. Spacious terrace with an amazing view at the mountains. Clean and fully equipped. I fully recommend.

We stayed 1 night during our 3-week Occittanie cycling trip in September. Friendly and helpful hosts, interesting to talk to over breakfast. The breakfast was by far the best of any we had during our trip! Tiramisu for breakfast is hard to top. (We did limit ourselves to half a serving each.) Tuchan was busy with the vendange (grape harvest) and it was pleasant to stroll around the village discovery trail and enjoy views over the countryside. We ate at Le Snack de Jade next to vineyard workers enjoying a drink after work. Everyone was friendly - a lovely stay.

The little village it is located at is quiet and calm. The location of the place is also very good, between the sea and the pyrenees. Bed was comfy and with an equipped kitchen you can cook as many dishes as you want while watching the sunset. Laurent was super friendly and helpful. To summit up, exemplar!

A very nice and comfortable apartment, well located above a winery in a middle of a beautiful wine country. Very friendly and helpful owner who makes great organic wine. The apartment is well equipped. The stay was great - I came for a couple of days and stayed for the whole week. I will come again.

    Located in the small town of Tautavel this large holiday home provided the perfect get away location. There was plenty of space (the property was huge) and the private pool was perfect - surrounded by lemon trees and bushes, There was everything we needed in the propery and different access points to the bedrooms - which was useful. There were enough restaurants in the town to cater for our needs and there were several very cool gorges to swim in nearby. The host was on time and friendly making arrival and departure easy.

    Our host Pierre was very welcoming and Tautavel is a very pleasant town. We would definitely visit again and would thoroughly recommend the wine from Pierre's vineyard. There is a museum which is based around the find of the Tautavel Man and there are plenty of things to do in the area. The beach is only a 40 minute drive away and there is a gorge nearby where you can swim. There are plenty of castles to visit in the area too. The air conditioning units in the gite were very appreciated.

    We came to Tautavel over New Years 2024 for a climbing trip and we had an incredible time at Casa Tramuntana. Our host were extremely accommodating and provided us a crib for our 19 month old. The wood burning stove was so nice to enjoy each night and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking.
