Very innovative, unique, and comfortable. Totally different to other properties in the area. Very clean and compact, and it was a great to use the facilities on offer. The property has excellent facilities and we made use of the bicycles to cycle to Soulac - a really nice addition. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the owner left a bottle of champagne for us which was a very lovely touch. On arrival guests are provided a very thorough intro pack which is both incredibly thoughtful and is consistent with the care and attention to detail that features throughout this property. In summary we enjoyed our stay at this lovely property and would certainly recommend to families or couples seeking adventure in the medoc region and a taste of rural French life.

    Talais is a small village with an epicerie/bistro/bakery and not much more, however it is a good place to stay and only a 12 minute drive to the much busier Soulac sur Mer which can be horrendously busy.
