What will amaze you is 1) Every single person in this hotel knows exactly what to do in every circumstance, so service flows in the most gracious way and 2) In-room amenities, towels, bed linen, as well as every single product in every restaurant and bar is of the highest standard and sourced locally, rightfully matching the iconic Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards and the Caudalie Vinothérapie Spa. One advice for readers: Visit the château and the vineyards.

Clean, helpful, friendly. We had 2 small dogs & we were given a ground floor, courtyard room which was perfect for us. We enjoyed beautiful long walks and the country walk into Latresne was also a great walk.
