Well what can I say? What a beautiful Hotel. Everything felt top class, wonderful welcome from the all the reception and bar staff. Brilliant amenities, games room, outdoor sports, washing facilities and bikes to rent. Short walk from main town and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Big shout out to the scrambled egg chef. Free bike excursion and great information by our guide ( feel bad as I cant remember your name, but you know who you are, so thank you) We spent three days here and loved everything, thanks again to a wonderful team We are a couple and we felt very chilled out. We will be back. Frank and Anne-Marie. X

The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. The staff were exceptional, efficient and friendly. We didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t comment on them.

Beautiful hotel and garden within the forest Bois de la chaise. Very near to several awesome beaches. Quiet and relaxing. Wonderful hosts and very friendly staff. Excellent food with great variety (breakfast and dinner). Spacious and comfortable room with little garden terrace and outdoor seats, sun lounger and umbrella. Everything is done with love and care for detail.

    We went mainly for the La Bonnotte potato festival, which was good fun, and the potatoes are indeed delicious. But as the island is almost completely flat (fabulous for cycling) we hadn't expected a beautiful coastline and beaches. And although it was beautiful weather the beaches were almost deserted. Let's hope it remains relatively undiscovered.

    Beautiful holiday island with amazing beaches and swimming. Cycle-friendly and lots of eateries especially oysters and mussels. Lots of places to visit if beaches are not enough ie, salt marshes, castles, crazy golf, escape rooms, antique shops and galleries.

    Being selfish, I do not want to recommend Noirmoutier-en-...

    Being selfish, I do not want to recommend Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile to others! The locals were unusually welcoming (a change from the South), the views around the island were panoramic and the food and drink left nothing to be desired. The island was free of litter and the pride which the locals take in it was obvious. It felt very secure. With a large dog a car was necessary, otherwise, everyone appeared to swap their cars for bicycles which were in plentiful supply on their arrival. The land being mostly flat, bicycling was the way to go for the young and old.

    The stay at this hotel was all we expected and more, the room was spacious and clean with all the amenities that we have come to expect, we had clean towels after the first day, unheard of in some. The staff were extremely helpful in every way possible and the food was absolutely gorgeous, the new chef was a master of his craft. The swimming pool was at a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean with great changing facilities. All in all we loved our stay at the Hotel St Paul and we will be returning soon. Thank you all for making our stay perfect.

    This is our fourth time of staying at this hotel and it is one of our favourites. The location is superb, a short walk through pine trees to the beaches of Anse Rouge and Plages des Dames. Our triple aspect room was quiet and comfortable. The pool is gorgeous and we ate here two nights running as the food was so good. It is quiet and friendly, and they organised bike hire for us. We will definitely go back again.

    Very comfortable. Well-equipped. About a mile from the harbour. Mid September, so some restaurants closed, but several open. Bike hire available, but local shop limited opening. Place to dry washing & store bikes - inside & out - terrace, large covered store. Balcony at front. Living space upstairs, terrace ground floor. Entrance hall had shoe racks & chairs; stairs to main flat. Could see stars when not cloudy.

    Beautiful property and location, lots of facilities a great playground, darts, trampoline for kids. We felt so relaxed and hired electric bikes from the hotel and had a wonderful day exploring the town and beaches. 5*
