The sheets were beautifully crisp and clean as were the bedroom and bathroom in general. We could also sleep four in a room, which is not common. It was peaceful outside too. Breakfast was both delicious and generous and the hosts were extremely warm and friendly.

Had a really nice stay. Maria and Franck were amazing hosts and made fantastic breakfast for me. We ate dinner together and had a great talk. Would definitely recommend it if you're in the area!

Cannot rate this place enough! Laura and Marco were fabulous hosts, the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy too. The bathroom was huge and the shower was really powerful. Loved our stay here and highly recommend. There is nothing to fault at all. Laura went above and beyond helping us try to source a rental bike locally too and the food was delicious

A very nice apartment, with beautiful furnishings with attention to detail. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Jacuzzi was a big plus (especially after a long hike). Very quiet area, we slept very well, beds also very comfortable. Location is very good, you are quickly in Geneva or in the mountains for hiking or biking, beautiful lakes also close by. Exceptionally great host, always easy to reach and he gave us great tips for the region like for restaurants or places to visit. He also told us about the history of the building, which he extensively renovated a few years ago. If you are looking for an authentic stay in Haute-Savoie, this is the place for you !

    It's a small city, a little bit longer from Annecy or Epagny, however the hotel its very new and confortable! I recomend look in google maps a bakery to take bread or go to Epagny and take it from the supermarket that sell regional products ... it is very good...
