Wonderful little hotel to stay in the heart of Annecy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast was exceptional! Would come back to stay in a heartbeat! I would request a lower floor room as there is no lift (but the lovely staff took our suitcase up for us)!

Great location. Comfortable and spacious hotel. Amazing breakfast with many options (especially the fresh bread!!). We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice and it was always delicious. Room was clean.

    I booked this hotel because it was close to the hospital as my husband was an in patient. I found a clean comfortable room and staff who were quite simply exceptional- kind, considerate,and who simply looked after me. Always a cheery smile, always a clean room, soft towels. Nothing was too much trouble.
