The location was excellent. Restaurants and bars are so close. We did not realise a jazz festival was being held in the square below our room. We got to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and listen to schmooze jazz in the evening, and, next morning walk through the local weekend market. What a great stay.

Very welcoming and friendly host, very comfortable bed in a good sized bed room with a lovely view, good breakfast and great location. Good value. Many restaurants in nearby Bergerac so no evening meal on site is no problem. A very pleasant stay!

The owner, Loic, is an exceptional host. Kindly let me drop luggage before check-in time. The room and bathroom are beautifully prepared to make guest feel welcome, at home and very relaxing ambience. Loic gave me helpful tips and looked up info to help me. Great location.. for Bergerac train station and historic centre. If I'm in this area again, I hope to find availability at La Terrasse de Roxane!

    Everything was top quality and the host was most welcoming and helpful. It was perfect for our dog as there was a large lawned area, which was completely enclosed. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to travellers in the Bergerac area.
