We will definitely return in the future. One bedroom with a double bed and shower and a bedroom with two single beds and a shower across the hall. One toilet downstairs which was not a problem for us. One sofa bed in the living room. The property felt very safe to stay in. The property is clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the heating worked really well so we stayed warm and plenty of hot water for the showers. Really helpful to be able to park next to the house for loading and unloading. Really good washer dryer so managed to keep up with our laundry. Kitchen with a fridge freezer and all appliances you could need. Lovely outdoor seating area. Thank you so much for our stay.

We love the area despite it being a modern dormitory town. Unusual it is very lively and plenty of bars and restaurants in the direct surroundings. Very convenient for us while traveling to our holiday destination

We were really surprised by this little hotel. From the outside, we didn't know what to expect as it is in an industrial area. However, everything was great in the end. We were only there for one night and would recommend it for business travel. We really recommend Mama Kitchen Caffe which is just a short walk from the hotel. There are many other choices to eat as well. Its a nice area under continuing renovation. Parking is awesome even if a bit difficult to find.

Hotel is located a little bit out of Paris centre, right next to train station, that has 5-10 min to main train station of Paris. There is s restaurant next to reception for breakfast (big like for including the breakfast in the price; breakfast was amazing!). The staff is very nice, calm, helpful, answering to all of our questions and dilemmas. Our was clean, cozy, spacy, with quite big bathroom. At this point, we are pointing out the work of room cleaners, which was great (everyday we had new fresh towels, cleaned shower and mirrors, empty trash). There is only one little thing, that we think they could have and that is lockers for luggage in case of getting early od leaving late, but you can still leave it there at the reception.

    Firstly, upon arrival the receptionist wanted to charge me...

    Firstly, upon arrival the receptionist wanted to charge me more than € 80.55, when i asked him he said it was for the city tax. i then showed him my email which mentions that the city tax is included in the total price of € 80.55. The receptionist was not really happy and was mumbling to himself in French which as well i found it rude when he knows we only speak English. He then did calculations on the calculator and charge me for € 80.55. Secondly regarding the room, it was nice and clean but the bathroom was a disgrace. there were no towels(although in the photos it shows in the bathroom that there are towels in the bathroom), the extractor fan was not working which made the bathroom smell and constantly humid and we had to keep the door open and the window of the room as well open. Thirdly the following day at 8:30am we had a knock on the door and it was the cleaner which didn't seem happy that we were still in the room and she looked at her watch asking us when we will leave, i responded to her told her not yet as she could see we were with our pyjamas. if i am not correct the check-out is until 12:00pm, so we can leave anytime till 12:00pm. Again at 10:00 there was another knock on the door and when i opened she mumbled in French and i told her that we are getting ready to leave. It was a disappointing service and horrible experience from the reception till we were getting kicked out by the cleaner!!!

    The hotel was very conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to arrive in the middle of the night. We used the self-check-in kiosk to get in. There was a large, fenced, and secure parking area for our car. Our room was very functional, spacious enough for one night for four people and a dog. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent.
